Q & A: Bill Van Zwoll
Q: What sets Lexavia apart from the competition?
A: We offer twice the resolution at half the price. The increased resolution and four-times zoom capability of the high resolution sensor allows pilots to clearly view runway incursions and other hazards with enough time to safely execute the missed approach.
In addition to our sensor resolution which is the best in category, Lexavia as an original equipment manufacturer, has a history of customization and building to specifications along with extensive experience integrating sensors and systems.
Q: Where do you see Lexavia in the future?
A: We are looking forward to expanding our market and being the preferred OEM selected EVS sensor. As we continue to upgrade and integrate our sensors and systems, Lexavia is bringing greater EVS capability to all types of cockpits.
Our goal is to be able to provide a well designed, aesthetically pleasing, economical solution for all airframes from your single engine aircrafts all the way up to the heavy aircraft. We are looking forward to expanding our capabilities to accomplish this goal.
Q: If you had to pick one signature Lexavia product, what would that be and why?
A: The LFS6000 sensor is by far better than anything else in category on the market. The sensor housing is beautifully designed and so small that it fits in the palm of your hand. With one single point of installation, the structural impact to the aircraft minimal.
